While we are committed to ensuring high-quality products and timely delivery, we do not directly manage the fulfillment process. Shipping timelines, packaging, and delivery logistics are handled by our trusted vendors, including Lulu.com and Printify.

Please note that Illuminaries Global Ventures LLC is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during shipment. However, we are fully dedicated to assisting you, we will advocate on your behalf to help resolve any shipping issues with our providers as quickly and fairly as possible.

Shipping Policy

At InsightfulQuest.com, a platform owned and operated by Illuminaries Global Ventures LLC, your orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party print-on-demand partners, Printify and Lulu.com, allowing us to deliver books and merchandise on demand with care and efficiency.

How Shipping Works

  • Made-to-Order: Every item is printed and packaged only after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and supports sustainable production.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains both books (from Lulu) and merchandise (from Printify), they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ships in 3–5 business days; delivery in the U.S. is 7–14 business days

  • International orders: May take 7–21+ business days

 

Note: These are general estimates. Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, season, and order volume.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Some locations may have limited availability or extended delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Printify and Lulu provide direct tracking for many shipments, depending on the carrier used.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and quantity.

  • Illuminaries Global Ventures LLC does not charge additional handling fees beyond what our print partners require.

Delays & Issues

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or high seasonal demand.

  • If your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@insightfulquest.com, and we’ll work with our partners to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or shipping errors. However:

  • If your item is damaged or misprinted, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
